ICO appears to be a disruptive invention, digital credit is given in the upfront form of the cryptoasset (usable and tradable equity?) as opposed to a classical credit (hardly tradable loan). Some inversion of a classical finance or just confused thinking (MT)?!

ICO is a challenge for VCs, so that VCs need to step up their supporting, networking and advising functions, not just provision/distribution of the capital.
